This snow needs to go!!!

Well this snow seems to refuse to leave! At least we were lucky enough to miss the snow forecast for today and the sun is still out shining! I have been talking to a few of my shed hunting buddies the past few days and the consensus is a little slow. One of the guys i go with quit a bit though has been having good luck as of late. It seems to depend entirely on where the people are looking. Im hoping to get some pictures up really soon of what i have been finding so far this year. There are still many sheds laying out to be found and i intend on picking up my fair share! Continue to check in, ill be posting updates frequently.

Deep Snow, Hidden Sheds!!

WELLLL this snow really sucks. It seems as though only the hardcore sheddogs are out shed hunting right now due to the deep snow. Southeast MN most definitely has deeper snow amounts that we do here in Western WI. I have not unfortunately been out due to work and school obligations. This weekend i am traveling back home and plan on doing some shed hunting around home on some buddies farms! It should be good and has proved to be a good in the past!I will be posting up some pictures in the next few days!

So It Begins............

Hello everyone, my name is Derrick. I am a complete shed hunting freak. Im assuming that if you are taking the time to read my blog you are a shed hunting freak also. In my blog I plan on talking about what i am finding while out shed hunting, what friends are finding, and some tactics for finding sheds. I will also be talking when the deer are shedding in certain areas and or when it is a good time to get out after the sheds. I intend to post at least once a week and or sometimes twice, depending on the week. I look forward to hearing your guys comments and or pictures of what you are finding!
